– SHIPPING POLICY
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Shipping costs are determined by the destination and weight of the delivery. These charges are made visible to you when you proceed to the Checkout and before you finalize the order transaction.
Orders placed for delivery within the US are ordinarily sent out within 7 working days and are expected to arrive at their destination within 14 working days of dispatch.
Please note: there may be shipping delays during peak sale times.
– Duties & Taxes
Please be aware duties and taxes are something that is outside our control and varies in cost from area to area. If you’re concerned we would recommend getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected shipping charges at your end
Standard Delivery (2 – 5 working days)
Once sent, orders within the US should arrive within 2 – 5 working days depending on your location.
Please note that during peak dispatch times delivery time frames may be extended.
– RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We believe our products are great, but if you are unhappy with your bottle, we’ll be happy to help you exchange or return for a refund.
Please note: we can only issue refunds on products that were purchased directly from Amazon’s official seller or www.neaft.com. If you purchased through another online retailer, please contact them for your refund, as their own return policies will apply.
Returns (goods unwanted /mind-changed)
You may cancel your order within 7 calendar days from the day after you receive your delivery. You then have a further 7 days to send the goods back. Providing the goods are returned to us in a satisfactory state (unopened, undamaged, in original packaging), you will be refunded the full purchase costs less the delivery fee. In returning the goods, we advise that you use a trusted recorded delivery service to minimize the risk that the goods are damaged in transit, thus possibly affecting your rights to a refund.
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is deemed the same as it would be if you were assessing them in-store.
Follow the steps below to request a return:
Email support@neaft.com with your full name, order number, or proof of purchase and state the reason for your refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE items.
We will refund the value of your item (via the original form of payment) within 7 days of receiving and accepting the returned item in the same condition in which it was shipped. Original shipping and taxes are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified by email once the transaction has taken place.
– Faulty Item?
We stand behind the products we create. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, we apologize, please contact us, so we can make it right at support@neaft.com and provide your order number with photos of the suspected issue.
– Exchanges
We offer exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
To exchange, please email support@neaft.com with your full name and order number, and state the reason for the exchange and the alternate item(s) you would like instead. Our team will email you an exchange form to complete and send in with your package.
Please note, we do not offer exchanges on sale products, and we do not reimburse shipping costs.
